Pumpkin Spice Bread Recipe


2 egg
200g Caster Sugar
126ml Oil
212g Pumpkin Puree
129g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 Bicarb of Soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Cream Cheese frosting


  1. Preheat oven to 180c/Gas. 4 Grease a small tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin puree, and beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
  4. Spread the batter into the cake tin and bake for 20 to 30 mins until skewer come out clean.
  5. Once cool spread over cream cheese frosting and top with chopped nuts if you wish.
