We work very closely with local suppliers and use as much Lincolnshire produce as possible.
We take pride in all our meat being Red Tractor Farm Assured and locally sourced where possible.
Our ham, pork, meatballs and sausage are all local or British when available. We work hard with suppliers and producers to source locally grown vegetables and potatoes. We also use a range of Organic and Fair Trade ingredients within our seasonal menus.
Our Lincolnshire based bakers are always working hard to produce freshly baked bread, cakes and desserts. We only use fish from sustainable sources certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC). All our eggs are free range. We ensure the meals leaving our kitchen are of the highest standard.
